Container Element Not Found Error

The container element required for a loop action cannot be found on the page. WebGet tried to find the element using its Dom Path. This error can occur in the following situations:
  • Task was working but is now failing: If your task has run successfully for a long period of time but is now failing it is an indication that the web site you are targeting has changed formats. If this is the case you will need to re-record your task from the beginning or fix the individual steps that are failing.
  • Task fails occasionally: If your task runs successfully some of the time and fails at other times the web site you are targeting may change formats due to certain conditions. For example, a weather site may look different in the morning compared to the night. If this is the case you may have to use an Advanced Selector (possibly with a DomPathList property) or create separate steps to handle each situation.
